If your item breaks, simply send a photo of your damaged item to email@example.com to start the repair process. Once approved, you may purchase our REPAIR listing to cover return shipping and parts. A repair address will be emailed to you, and the item will be sent back once it has been repaired in 3-7 days.
Additional fees may apply upon review of your item photo. If major components are missing, additional fees may be added to cover the cost of replacement parts.
