Holiday Return Policy

We're offering stress-free returns for the holiday season! Yes, that means free return shipping. 

Orders placed between November 1 - December 24 will have an extended return date of January 15. Items must be unworn and still tagged/carded with the original packaging to be eligible for return. 

To initiate a return, simply email kinseydesignsar@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the product and a brief reason for the return. 

Once reviewed, you will be issued a return label. After your item arrives at our returns warehouse, give us 5-10 business days to issue a credit to your email. The credit will be issued to the email that sent in the return request.

Customer must pay for shipping on orders the credit is applied to if the order is under $25 after the credit is applied.
